the location proved convenient near the metro and a shopping center.

i encountered brown stains on the carpet the refrigerator did not function properly the air conditioning was ineffective without the keycard plus i faced a hidden fee identified as an osaka tax it was unexpected and unwelcome furthermore the room size was restrictive for two individuals traveling with large suitcases making movement difficult.

the hotel had great access to nearby restaurants and shops which was perfect. i found the room very clean and modern which i liked very much. staff accepted luggage before my arrival, so i didn't have to worry about it. i found that helpful staff, with luggage service, was a plus.

the location was fairly close to the action which was convinient. i was travelling with my daughter and there was a family mart across the street which we found very helpful.
